Quality Assurance Engineer

Job Summary

Working remotely, the full-time Quality Assurance Engineer II will execute functional, regression, and accessibility testing while developing an understanding of quality assurance processes and collaborating with stakeholders to ensure project delivery meets established requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Execute functional, regression, and accessibility testing every sprint, validating stories against acceptance criteria
• Write and maintain manual and automated test cases using Selenium, Cypress, or Playwright with guidance from senior QA engineers
• Collaborate with developers to write boilerplate and exploratory test cases for new functionality, contributing to CI/CD pipeline test instrumentation

Required qualifications

• 3+ years of relevant QA engineering experience and a Bachelor's degree, or equivalent additional experience in lieu of a degree
• Proficiency with test automation frameworks such as Selenium, Cypress, or Playwright
• Experience developing test plans and test cases for both manual and automated testing scenarios
• Familiarity with API testing tools such as Postman or Rest Assured
• Working knowledge of accessibility testing tools including Axe and pa11y
