Quality Assurance Engineer

Job Summary

Detail-oriented and tech-savvy, the full-time remote Quality Assurance Engineer will write automated tests for API and UI layers, collaborate with development teams to create test strategies, and ensure software quality by identifying and resolving defects.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver a comprehensive test strategy for a SaaS application in collaboration with QA and development teams
• Maintain existing tests and write both manual and automated tests during feature development
• Integrate test automation into the CI/CD pipeline to enhance the organization's speed to market

Required qualifications

• 5 or more years of experience in an Agile, collaborative environment
• 3 or more years of experience in developing API and UI test automation projects
• BS and/or MS in a technical discipline, preferably in Computer Science or Software Engineering
• Experience with software development languages such as C#, Java, or JavaScript
• Familiarity with test automation frameworks like Selenium and Cucumber
