Quality Assurance Engineer

Job Summary

Working remotely in a full-time capacity, the Quality Assurance Engineer will develop and implement test plans, perform thorough testing of software applications, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the highest standards of quality and performance for technology products.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive test plans, test cases, and test scripts for technology products
• Perform functional, integration, regression, and performance testing of software applications
• Identify, document, and track defects, collaborating with development teams for timely resolution

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field
• 5+ years of industry experience, with 4+ years specifically in quality assurance for technology products
• Proven experience with QA methodologies, tools, and processes
• Experience with automated testing tools such as Playwright
• Strong understanding of software development lifecycle and agile methodologies
