Quality Assurance Engineer
Job Summary
Seeking a senior Quality Assurance Engineer, the full-time position offers remote or hybrid work options and focuses on ensuring the quality and reliability of data products through testing and validation of data pipelines, ETL workflows, and analytics solutions while promoting best practices in data quality across the organization.
Key responsibilities:
- Support leadership in establishing and executing quality assurance strategies for data and analytics products
- Design, execute, and maintain comprehensive test strategies, including functional, regression, performance, and security testing
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify risks and ensure quality standards are met throughout the product lifecycle
Required qualifications:
- Five or more years of experience in quality assurance and software testing, including manual and automated testing
- Experience testing data and analytics products, including data validation and reporting solutions
- Proficiency with test automation, CI/CD pipelines, version control, and defect tracking tools, with working knowledge of SQL and Python
- Experience collaborating with Agile teams and business partners
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Data Analytics, or a related field
