Job Summary
Designing and executing end-to-end tests for AI-based workflows, the full-time Quality Assurance Engineer will ensure the accuracy and compliance of patient-facing and clinical applications while working in a hybrid environment in Boston.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and execute comprehensive end-to-end functional test cases tailored for AI-driven workflows
- Perform manual and automated testing across multiple clinical and patient journeys
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to clarify technical requirements and resolve blockers
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Healthcare Informatics, or a related field
- 2+ years of experience in Quality Assurance, specializing in manual and functional testing
- Hands-on experience using automation tools like Playwright, Selenium, or Cypress
- Strong knowledge of software testing methodologies and defect lifecycle management
- Experience testing AI systems or clinical decision support tools
