Job Summary
Working remotely in a full-time capacity, the Quality Assurance Engineer will manage hands-on testing of new features, conduct regular regression testing on mobile platforms, and design automated tests to ensure the quality of communication channels for users.
Key responsibilities
- Manually test new features across various iOS and Android devices before release
- Run regular regression testing on mobile to identify issues prior to customer access
- Design and build automated synthetic tests for mobile voice calls and SMS flows
Required qualifications
- 3+ years of experience testing mobile apps (iOS and/or Android)
- A track record of owning test strategy for complex systems
- Practical fluency with AI tools for efficient test design and automation
- Strong analytical skills to understand and report on quality data and trends
- Excellent collaboration skills with cross-functional teams including non-QA engineers
