Quality Assurance Engineer
Job Summary
A company is looking for a Quality Assurance (QA) Engineer for their remote engineering team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute test plans for new features and bug fixes, including both functional and non-functional defects
- Work with developers to fix defects and investigate and report on the root cause of defects
- Stay up-to-date on the latest QA tools and techniques, automate test cases, and train and mentor other team members on QA best practices
Qualifications:
- Onsite collaboration once a quarter for team fun
- Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field
- At least 3 years of experience in QA, with a strong understanding of mobile and desktop applications
- Experience with QA automation tools, such as Selenium, Appium, or Robot Framework
- Experience with Agile development methodologies and continuous integration and continuous delivery (CI/CD) pipelines
