Quality Assurance Lead

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Quality Assurance Lead (TL3) to oversee manual and automated testing practices.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design and execution of QA strategy across manual and automated testing for multiple product teams
• Develop and maintain automated API test suites and Cypress-based automation suites while coaching team members on best practices
• Conduct manual test planning and execution, especially in high-risk and exploratory testing scenarios

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent work experience
• 6+ years of hands-on QA experience in both manual and automation testing
• 2+ years in a QA leadership role with mentoring responsibilities
• Expert-level understanding of Cypress and JavaScript/TypeScript test development
• Deep understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies
