Quality Assurance Lead

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Quality Assurance Lead.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage end-to-end software quality engineering programs and CI/CD pipeline execution
• Collaborate with teams to define quality standards and implement test automation strategies
• Serve as the primary liaison between engineering, QA, product, and leadership teams for program status updates

Required Qualifications:

• 10+ years of experience in Software Testing/Quality Engineering, with at least 3 years in a lead role
• Experience in the gaming industry or with game development pipelines
• Strong background in test automation frameworks and scripting languages (Python, TypeScript, or C# preferred)
• Proven experience with AI/ML integration into quality engineering workflows
• Familiarity with CI/CD systems and modern DevTestOps practices
