Quality Assurance Lead

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Quality Assurance Lead to define and execute quality assurance practices for its product while leading a small QA team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Own end-to-end quality assurance for the product and maintain test coverage across various scenarios
• Develop testing strategies for a highly interoperable product and ensure quality assurance extends to the environments in which the product runs
• Lead a small QA team, providing guidance, mentoring, and support for team development

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or equivalent practical experience preferred
• 8+ years of experience in software quality assurance or related roles
• 3+ years of experience leading or managing QA teams
• Experience with complex, integration-heavy software products
• Strong expertise in manual and automated testing methodologies
