Quality Assurance Lead

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Head of Quality Assurance to build, lead, and elevate its QA function across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the QA function, including hiring and mentoring QA engineers
• Define and evolve the company-wide quality strategy across manual and automated testing
• Design and maintain scalable automated testing frameworks

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in Quality Assurance or Software Engineering
• 3+ years of experience leading QA teams
• Prior experience as an SDET or highly technical QA engineer
• Strong hands-on experience writing automated tests in modern frameworks
• Experience building automation frameworks from the ground up
