Quality Assurance Lead

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Quality Assurance Lead.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily activities and work assignments of QA Analysts to ensure project progress and communication
• Establish and maintain Quality Assurance standards, including test strategy and execution expectations
• Lead the implementation and scaling of automated testing and manage risks related to product quality and release timelines

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or equivalent experience preferred
• 7+ years of experience in quality assurance or software testing
• 2+ years of experience in a quality assurance lead or supervisory role
• Experience creating formal test strategies, test plans, and test cases
• Experience implementing and scaling automated testing, including modern or AI-assisted tools
