Quality Assurance Lead

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Quality Assurance and Test Lead.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with client's staff and System Integrator testing teams to maintain product quality
• Review and develop test plans, scenarios, and scripts to ensure compliance with requirements
• Assist with user acceptance testing and communicate critical issues to management

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of one year of experience in usability testing within the last ten years
• Bachelor's degree or relevant certification required, with experience substitutable on a year-for-year basis
• At least seven years of experience in testing planning and strategies within the last ten years
• Minimum of three years of experience with Application Lifecycle Management (ALM) tools within the last ten years
• Experience as Quality Assurance Lead on a large IT project with specific criteria within the last ten years
