Job Summary

A company is looking for a Quality Assurance Lead to oversee software testing and quality assurance for SaaS applications in the utility industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate testing efforts for software changes, ensuring quality standards are met
• Manage QA activities for projects, including test strategy, defect management, and risk identification
• Develop and maintain an automated testing framework and recommend process improvements

Required Qualifications

• 10 years of experience in the electric utility industry
• 10 years of QA experience, with at least 4 years in a QA Lead role
• Experience with end-to-end quality assurance in both waterfall and agile methodologies
• Hands-on knowledge of various QA methods, including automated testing
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field
