Quality Assurance Lead

Job Summary

Supporting one of the nation's largest federal healthcare modernization initiatives, the full-time remote Quality Assurance Lead (CMMI ML3) will provide quality oversight across all program task areas, ensuring project deliverables meet contractual requirements and established quality standards while driving continuous process improvement.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead quality assurance activities across all PWS task areas (3.1 through 3.10)
• Conduct independent quality reviews of project deliverables to ensure compliance with established quality standards
• Support CMMI Maturity Level 3 (ML3) process compliance throughout the program

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and five (5) years of relevant experience in quality assurance or process compliance
• Experience supporting CMMI Maturity Level 3 (ML3) and quality management activities
• Experience in enterprise IT or healthcare environments, preferably with Federal healthcare organizations
• Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust clearance
• Familiarity with health IT, telehealth, and Federal program management is preferred
