Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a quality assurance team conducting daily checks for customer service and contact center partners
  • Evaluate and monitor performance and productivity, focusing on improving work processes
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to drive increased efficiency and assist in troubleshooting customer issues
Required Qualifications
  • High School Diploma / GED
  • Must be 18 years of age or older
  • 2+ years of experience as a Team Leader or Subject Matter Expert (SME)
  • 1+ years of experience in a high-volume contact center
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Windows PCs
