Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma / GED
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- 2+ years of experience as a Team Leader or Subject Matter Expert (SME)
- 1+ years of experience in a high-volume contact center
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Windows PCs
