Job Summary

A company is looking for a QA Manager to oversee the Quality Assurance Department and ensure compliance and accuracy in processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage staff and monitor QA processes and procedures
  • Coordinate hiring, training, and policy enhancements for the department
  • Oversee internal ticket management and establish SLAs for department employees
Required Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • 5-10 years of merchant processing experience
  • 2-5 years in a leadership role specific to merchant services
  • Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field preferred
  • Extensive knowledge of TSYS/PPM/CBOS
