Quality Assurance Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Quality Assurance Manager.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a Quality Assurance (QA) Plan and update it as necessary
• Oversee the development and execution of test plans and scripts for software validation
• Collaborate with IT project managers and stakeholders to ensure quality objectives are met

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in a technical discipline or equivalent experience
• 4+ years of experience in Quality Assurance Management
• Proficiency in quality management and improvement methodologies (e.g., Six Sigma, Lean)
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S. and able to obtain necessary security clearance
• Experience in hiring, training, and managing QA team members
