Job Summary

A company is looking for a Manager, Quality.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily operations of Quality Assurance staff and maintain the enterprise quality system
• Lead a high-performing team responsible for internal audits and quality system compliance
• Provide guidance on quality system and compliance with cell therapy regulations

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in biologic sciences, medical technology, business, or related field; or an Associate's degree with 10+ years of relevant experience
• 5+ years of experience in quality management and compliance within a regulated environment
• 2+ years of supervisory experience
• Knowledge of FDA regulations related to biological products and cell therapy
• Understanding of quality systems and quality risk management
