Quality Assurance Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Manager, Quality Assurance.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and develop QA Associates/Leaders for Intake, Billing, AR, and Payment Support functions
• Design, implement, and oversee comprehensive QA programs and audit protocols for all revenue cycle processes
• Establish and monitor QA metrics, KPIs, and reporting standards to ensure process quality and compliance

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience)
• 5+ years of experience in healthcare revenue cycle operations, with at least 2 years in a QA leadership role
• Proven experience managing QA teams and implementing audit programs in Intake, Billing, AR, and Payment Posting
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and revenue cycle management systems
• Commitment to process excellence, compliance, and customer service
