Quality Assurance Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Quality Assurance Manager.

Key Responsibilities

• Define product quality expectations in collaboration with Product, Sales, and Customer Success teams
• Design quality processes and tools in partnership with technology and engineering teams
• Establish metrics to measure product quality and improve workflows using lean methodology

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in geospatial sciences, applied mathematics, engineering, land surveying, or related fields
• 3-5 years of experience in data quality, ML operations, or geospatial quality assurance
• Experience with Lean or Agile management systems and quality management methods
• Strong understanding of polygon geometry, raster-to-vector workflows, and machine learning concepts
• Experience with aerial or satellite imagery and familiarity with object detection workflows
