Job Summary

A company is looking for a Manager, Quality Assurance.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and improve the Quality Management System (QMS) to ensure product safety, effectiveness, and compliance
• Conduct internal and external audits, investigate complaints, and drive corrective and preventive actions (CAPA)
• Collaborate cross-functionally to enhance processes, support product development, and train employees on quality standards

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a science or technical field
• At least 3 years of Quality Assurance experience in a medical device or pharmaceutical environment
• Experience with regulatory audits and FDA inspections
• Proactive approach with ownership and results-driven mindset
• Working knowledge of quality systems and applicable regulations
