Quality Assurance Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Quality Assurance Manager to join the EnFin Servicing Department.

Key Responsibilities

• Define, implement, and refine quality standards, processes, and best practices
• Establish key performance metrics to monitor and improve process performance
• Lead QA efforts for the Servicing organization, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, finance, engineering, or equivalent experience with 8-10+ years of work experience, including 5+ years in quality assurance and 2+ years in a lead or management role
• Strong knowledge of QA methodologies, tools, and processes, including AI applications
• 2+ years' experience managing a team of QA associates in a fast-paced environment
• Experience managing or overseeing third-party servicing vendors
• Proficiency in creating detailed, comprehensive, and well-structured test plans
