Quality Assurance Manager

Job Summary

Supporting survivors of natural disasters, the full-time temporary Quality Assurance Manager will oversee the Quality Assurance department's daily functions, manage staff performance, and collaborate with multiple departments to enhance quality initiatives in a remote setting.

Key responsibilities

• Assess and evaluate staff performance based on established goals and standards
• Identify and develop areas of opportunity for direct reports
• Manage performance tracking methods for QC supervisors

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field and 5+ years of professional experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Must be a US Citizen
• Ability to pass a Federal Government clearance
• Availability to work an eight-hour shift, five days per week, anytime between 6:30 AM - 2:30 AM EST, including weekends
