Quality Assurance Manager

Job Summary

Leading a team of QA specialists, the full-time salaried Quality Assurance Manager will transition the testing process from manual to automated practices, ensuring high standards of quality and stability for the platform while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Mentor and upskill the QA team to implement standardized QA models, including automated regression testing
• Collaborate with Engineering, Product, and Design to ensure quality and stability in every release
• Manage the bug lifecycle by prioritizing issues based on customer impact and business goals

Required qualifications

• 5+ years in Software Quality Assurance, including 1-2 years in a Lead or Manager role
• Experience coaching non-technical team members on technical QA practices
• Proven ability to build automation frameworks compatible with existing codebases
• Strong experience with API testing and database querying
• Understanding of the impact of bugs on event organizers and their operations
