Quality Assurance Manager

Job Summary

Focused on ensuring quality service across multiple programs, the full-time Quality Assurance Manager will develop and implement a Quality Management System (QMS), manage deliverables tracking, and support continuous improvement initiatives while collaborating with program teams.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the design and execution of a QMS tailored to program needs, including Quality Assurance Plans and Quality Control Plans
• Monitor program performance measures and support the development of continuous improvement programs
• Conduct internal audits and facilitate root cause analysis to address compliance and improvement opportunities

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 4+ years of relevant experience or a Master's degree with 2+ years of experience
• Active DoD Secret security clearance
• Experience in supporting Software Development Projects in a QA/QC capacity
• Proficiency in Agile principles and process improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma)
• At least 1 year of remote work experience
