Quality Assurance Manager

Job Summary

To support multiple programs in the Defense Sector, the full-time Quality Assurance Manager will manage the development and implementation of a Quality Management System (QMS), oversee deliverables management, and facilitate structured process improvement initiatives while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement the QMS in alignment with program Quality Assurance Plans and Quality Control Plans
• Support program deliverables tracking and monitor performance measures to ensure on-time delivery and compliance
• Lead continuous improvement activities and conduct internal audits, root cause analysis, and corrective action support

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 4+ years of relevant experience or a Master's degree with 2+ years of relevant experience
• Active DoD Secret security clearance
• Experience in supporting Software Development Projects in QA/QC or a related capacity
• Proficiency with Atlassian Suite (JIRA, Confluence) and MS Office products
• Experience leading process improvement initiatives using methodologies such as Lean and Six Sigma
