Quality Assurance Manager

Job Summary

To support multiple programs in the Decision Advantage Business Area, the full-time salaried Quality Assurance Manager will manage the development and implementation of a Quality Management System (QMS), oversee performance measures, and drive continuous process improvement initiatives while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement a QMS and define Quality Assurance Plans (QAP) and Quality Control Plans (QCP)
• Monitor program performance measures and support the tracking of program deliverables for on-time delivery
• Facilitate continuous improvement activities and conduct internal audits to ensure compliance with standards

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 4+ years of relevant experience or Master's degree with 2+ years of relevant experience
• Active DoD Secret security clearance
• Experience supporting Software Development Projects in QA/QC or related roles
• Proficiency with Atlassian Suite (JIRA, Confluence) and MS Office products
• Experience leading process improvement initiatives using methodologies such as Lean or Six Sigma
