Quality Assurance Manager

Job Summary

Overseeing the quality assurance program, the full-time Quality Assurance Manager will perform quality audits, conduct training, and analyze data to ensure accurate decision-making in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Plans and monitors the quality assurance program to ensure accuracy and consistency in decisions
• Conducts audits and reviews to identify trends and improvement opportunities based on data analysis
• Develops and implements training opportunities based on audit findings to enhance overall quality

Required qualifications

• Associate's degree or 60+ credit hours towards a Bachelor's degree in healthcare or a related discipline
• Five years of medical dispute, Medicare appeals, or clinical experience in a healthcare setting
• Three years of management or supervisory experience
• Two years of training experience, preferably in Medicare or healthcare settings
• Experience in nursing, physical therapy, respiratory therapy, or occupational therapy is preferred
