Quality Assurance Manager

Job Summary

Leading a hybrid team, the full-time Quality Assurance Manager will mentor QA engineers, define and track QA KPIs, and drive cross-functional alignment to ensure consistent product quality.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and grow a team of QA engineers, fostering a culture of quality and accountability
• Define and implement the overall QA strategy, including test planning, execution, and automation
• Drive root cause analysis on customer-reported issues and maintain clear documentation of test frameworks and quality standards

Required qualifications

• 7+ years of QA or Developer experience, with at least 3 years in a QA leadership role
• Proven ability to define QA KPIs and present quality metrics to senior leadership
• Hands-on experience with Playwright (Java and TypeScript) and CI/CD pipelines, particularly Jenkins and Argo
• Strong programming skills in Java and/or TypeScript
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline
