Quality Assurance Manager

Job Summary

Leading a team of QA engineers, the full-time remote Quality Assurance Manager will design and evolve automation frameworks, integrate testing into CI/CD pipelines, and champion shift-left engineering practices to enhance quality across the development lifecycle.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement automation frameworks for web applications, APIs, and mobile platforms
• Integrate automated testing into CI/CD pipelines and establish quality gates and reporting processes
• Lead and mentor QA engineers while collaborating cross-functionally with Engineering, Product, and DevOps teams

Required qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in Quality Engineering, Software Testing, or Test Automation
• 4+ years of QA leadership or management experience
• Strong hands-on automation engineering experience with tools like Playwright
• Expertise in integrating testing into CI/CD pipelines and understanding shift-left testing practices
• Strong coding or scripting skills in JavaScript/TypeScript, Python, Java, or similar languages
