Quality Assurance Manager

Job Summary

Leading quality assurance operations for the Pennsylvania Enrollment Assistance Program team, the full-time remote Quality Assurance Manager will ensure compliance with contractual requirements, monitor performance metrics, and drive continuous process improvement.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee the day-to-day functions of the Quality Assurance department and manage an effective quality assurance program
• Supervise the development and regular update of policies and procedures, ensuring training for project personnel
• Provide project leadership with updates on quality, operations, training, and policy issues while preparing reports for project leadership

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field and 5+ years of professional experience or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Previous supervisory or leadership experience in a Quality Assurance role
• Prior experience with Genesys and vendor oversight
• Experience in ensuring compliance with contract requirements and developing Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
• Familiarity with Medicaid and CHIP programs is preferred
