Job Summary

Dedicated to enhancing client services, the full-time Quality Assurance Manager will focus on public sector liability claims by engineering customized audits, monitoring performance metrics, and developing processes to ensure compliance, all while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee resources and direct reports while conducting internal and external audits
• Engineer customized client audits and monitor performance metrics to meet client expectations
• Produce and deliver training, along with preparing executive and monthly oversight reports

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree
• 7 years of relevant claims handling experience
• Proficiency in MS Office applications and related claims/business software
• Experience in auditing is preferred
• Extensive background in public sector liability claims is preferred
