Quality Assurance Manager

Job Summary

Leading the execution and continuous enhancement of IAG's Quality Assurance and Improvement Program, the full-time Quality Assurance Manager will manage QA reviews, validate audit issues, and support the design and delivery of QA initiatives while working in a hybrid environment.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and manage end-to-end QA reviews, ensuring alignment with regulatory and industry standards
• Develop test steps and present QA review findings to senior leadership, providing actionable recommendations
• Coach and mentor team members, conducting post-review feedback discussions to support their development

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of audit experience, preferably with a Big Four or G-SIB
• Strong understanding of regulations, regulatory risks, and professional auditing practices
• Demonstrated ability to lead teams in fast-paced environments and manage competing priorities
• Experience in applying critical thinking and data analysis to drive risk-based conclusions
• Subject matter expertise in AML/Financial Crimes or Credit Risk is preferred
