Quality Assurance Manager
Job Summary
Driving quality excellence across business operations, the full-time remote Quality Assurance Manager will manage quality strategies, support regulatory compliance, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance clinical trial solutions.
Key responsibilities
- Serve as the primary Quality Assurance liaison for the assigned business unit, providing ongoing QA support
- Partner with Operational and Strategic Quality Management teams to define and execute quality strategies aligned with business objectives
- Monitor and evaluate quality performance, identifying opportunities for continuous improvement and supporting quality-related training initiatives
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required
- 7 to 10 years of relevant experience in quality assurance or quality management within a regulated environment
- Extensive knowledge of global GxP regulations and standards, including Good Clinical Practice (GCP) and FDA regulations
- Strong understanding of clinical trial technologies and regulated product development environments
- Experience supporting regulatory inspections, audits, and quality compliance activities in a global context
