Quality Assurance Manager
Job Summary
Managing multiple agile teams, the full-time Quality Assurance Manager will oversee quality processes, evaluate test results, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance product quality in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities:
- Oversee test planning, execution, and quality assurance processes across multiple teams
- Mentor quality assurance analysts/engineers and manage staffing assignments and performance evaluations
- Drive test automation initiatives and implement quality strategies to ensure high-quality deliverables
Required qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field, or equivalent work experience
- 10+ years of experience in business and/or systems testing with 3+ years in a leadership role
- 5+ years of experience delivering products in an Agile environment
- Prior experience as a QA Supervisor/Manager is required
- Expert understanding of various testing techniques, including functional and regression testing
