Quality Assurance Manager
Job Summary
Leading a distributed QA team, the full-time Quality Assurance Manager will drive the adoption of a test automation pipeline, establish quality standards, and collaborate closely with product and engineering leadership in a remote setting.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and lead a distributed QA team across all product lines, including in-house staff and external contractors
- Own and scale a Playwright-based test automation pipeline integrated with the CI/CD process
- Establish quality gates and a clear definition of done within the CI/CD pipeline, while shifting QA involvement upstream in the development process
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of QA experience, including at least 2 years in a management role for a distributed QA function
- Hands-on experience with test automation frameworks such as Playwright or Selenium
- Experience with test case management platforms, such as TestRail
- Experience managing geographically distributed QA teams and external QA vendor relationships
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent professional experience
