Quality Assurance Manager
Job Summary
Overseeing quality control processes, the full-time onsite Quality Assurance Manager will lead a cross-functional team to identify and resolve quality issues, develop defect prevention strategies, and ensure products meet customer expectations.
Key responsibilities
- Manage team performance, including work direction, training, and career development coaching
- Establish and monitor team goals aligned with organizational strategies while ensuring quality control compliance
- Lead investigations into quality issues and collaborate with suppliers and operations to implement corrective actions
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- Experience in troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and implementing effective corrective actions
- Knowledge of manufacturing quality processes, including DMAIC and Statistical Process Control (SPC)
- Experience in developing and implementing quality control procedures in a factory setting
- Cross-functional experience in Operations Management or related manufacturing disciplines is a plus
