Quality Assurance Manager

Job Summary

Leading quality assurance across Bula's regulatory content and operational workflows, the full-time remote Quality Assurance Manager will ensure accurate, consistent, and timely information while managing a team and implementing process improvements.

Key responsibilities

• Lead quality assurance and audit activities to identify errors, trends, and compliance risks across regulatory databases and production workflows
• Analyze audit findings, document trends, recommend corrective actions, and implement process improvements for operational performance
• Manage and develop the Legislative Information Specialist team through regular feedback, workflow oversight, and coaching for quality and compliance

Required qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in quality assurance, quality auditing, process improvement, or related fields
• Direct experience performing quality audits and conducting root cause analysis
• Experience with regulatory, legal, or healthcare information services preferred
• Proven ability to lead and manage teams, fostering accountability and professional growth
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; quality certifications such as Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or ASQ Certified Quality Auditor preferred
