Job Summary

A company is looking for a Quality Assurance Manager, Apparel (Kids/Baby/Toddler).

Key Responsibilities

Collaborate with teams to identify and address quality concerns in product development and production
Ensure products meet design intent, craftsmanship standards, and regulatory compliance
Develop and implement product testing protocols and inspection plans to mitigate quality issues

Required Qualifications

Minimum of 7+ years of experience in Quality Assurance within the kids, baby, and toddler apparel industry
Proven experience in an online apparel retail environment with diverse product categories
Experience managing inspection and quality control processes at scale
Strong understanding of Total Quality Management (TQM) principles
Experience leading and developing quality team members
