Job Summary

A company is looking for a Quality Assurance - Medical Coder.

Key Responsibilities

• Reviews all Medicare and Medicaid claims for accuracy and compliance before release
• Assigns levels of service and reviews medical records to ensure billing compliance
• Handles a high volume of claims, approximately 250-400 per day

Required Qualifications

• Medical background as LPN, RN, EMT, Paramedic, LNA, or Aide
• Strong knowledge of medical terminology
• Internet speed of 15mbs or higher
• Ability to complete basic computer skills and typing assessments
• Dependable and able to handle time-sensitive work under stress
