Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

Implement and monitor the organization's quality assessment performance improvement (QAPI) program
Evaluate safety, risk management, and infection control programs
Ensure compliance with regulatory and accreditation standards

Required Qualifications

Registered nurse with current licensure in the State
Bachelor's degree in Nursing from an accredited program is preferred
CHPN certification or ability to obtain
Three to five years of clinical nursing experience, preferably in hospice nursing
Experience with performance improvement and quality assessment
