Job Summary

A company is looking for a Quality Assurance Officer - Commercial Loan Operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform post-closing reviews of Business Banking and Corporate Banking loan documentation to identify deficiencies
• Analyze and clear deficiencies in loan packages and modifications, ensuring compliance with policies
• Check finalized loan documents for accuracy and communicate necessary corrections with lenders and support staff

Required Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED
• Experience in banking, loans, operations, or a related field is required
• Knowledge of systems and procedures used in business loans
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office products, including Word and Excel
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
