Job Summary
A company is looking for a QA Officer Customer Support.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze Chats/Emails/Calls processed by VIP Customer Support Agents and Account Managers
- Provide detailed feedback on performance and collaborate on Performance Improvement Plans
- Inform Management about urgent cases and suggest improvements for communication processes
Required Qualifications
- 1+ years of experience in Customer Support or Account Management
- Upper-Intermediate English proficiency or higher
- Experience with customer communication tools, preferably Intercom and Unitalk
- Experience in Gambling/Betting or advanced sports knowledge is a plus
