Job Summary

A company is looking for a QA Officer Customer Support.

Key Responsibilities
  • Analyze Chats/Emails/Calls processed by VIP Customer Support Agents and Account Managers
  • Provide detailed feedback on performance and collaborate on Performance Improvement Plans
  • Inform Management about urgent cases and suggest improvements for communication processes
Required Qualifications
  • 1+ years of experience in Customer Support or Account Management
  • Upper-Intermediate English proficiency or higher
  • Experience with customer communication tools, preferably Intercom and Unitalk
  • Experience in Gambling/Betting or advanced sports knowledge is a plus
