Job Summary

A company is looking for a Quality Assurance Partner.

Key Responsibilities
  • Execute sales quality monitoring assessments of sales agents and document results
  • Report QA results to the Sales and Quality management teams and participate in calibration calls
  • Assist with sales agent coaching and maintain knowledge through continued education/training
Required Qualifications
  • Minimum 3 years of relevant work experience, preferably in call center or Medicare industries
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of education, training, and work experience
  • Experience with NICE inContact, LevelAI, or other AI solutions
  • Basic knowledge of quality assurance and continuous improvement concepts
  • Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to multitask
