Quality Assurance Partner

Job Summary

To support quality and regulatory goals, the remote contract Quality Assurance Partner will manage nonconformances and CAPAs, coach less experienced colleagues, and prepare for audits while working non-traditional hours to accommodate a global team.

Key responsibilities

• Drive business results by independently performing activities to meet quality and regulatory objectives
• Document authoring and review, including participation in audits and troubleshooting compliance issues
• Communicate significant quality or regulatory risks to Executive Management and foster collaboration across departments

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Life Science, Data Science, or related field, or equivalent experience
• 3-5 years of experience managing nonconformances and CAPAs in medical device, biotechnology, or pharmaceutical sectors
• Proven ability to influence stakeholders and build collaborative partnerships
• Experience across multiple quality management functions, both within and outside the Quality department
• Previous experience managing complex and global projects
