Job Summary
To enhance operational quality and efficiency, the full-time Quality Assurance Process Analyst will analyze business requirements, perform software testing, and identify process improvements while working remotely in a contract role.
Key responsibilities
- Analyze and document business requirements and workflows
- Perform software testing and quality assurance activities
- Identify process inefficiencies and recommend improvements
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience
- 3-5 years of experience in quality assurance, testing, business analysis, or process improvement
- Demonstrated experience in software testing, requirements analysis, or business process analysis
- Experience working in cross-functional team environments with multiple stakeholders
- Familiarity with Agile or iterative development environments
