Job Summary
Working remotely in a full-time capacity, the Quality Assurance Senior Associate will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and quality of claims processing while collaborating with the Claims Operations team.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct quality reviews of claims to ensure compliance with company standards and regulatory requirements
- Develop and implement quality assurance processes and procedures to enhance operational efficiency
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement and provide training as needed
Required qualifications
- Proven experience in quality assurance within the insurance or claims processing industry
- Strong understanding of regulatory requirements and best practices in claims management
- Experience with quality review tools and methodologies
- Ability to analyze data and generate reports on quality metrics
- Relevant certifications in quality assurance or claims management are a plus
