Job Summary

A company is looking for a Quality Assurance Senior Associate.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review and acknowledge information in product complaint records
• Determine investigation requirements and conduct cross-functional team meetings
• Complete data analysis, trend evaluation, and ensure compliance with procedures and regulatory requirements

Required Qualifications:

• Investigative background/process based in complaint records
• Ability to manage multiple projects and communicate in a cross-functional environment
• Experience in reviewing and approving assessments supporting investigations
• Knowledge of voiding records and completing customer feedback records
• Ability to execute against prioritized work plans and escalate issues when necessary
