Key Responsibilities

• Monitor quality of account work including calls, correspondence, and database entries
• Prepare professional review documents and provide updates on team member performance
• Identify patterns in team member work and recommend training or acknowledge excellence

Required Qualifications

• Experience with FACS, Artiva, Box, Microsoft Word, and Excel preferred
• Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience
• QA scores of 90% or above
• Significant experience with claims resolution and client SOP implementation
• Self-motivated and organized
