Job Summary
A company is looking for a QA Specialist.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor quality of account work including calls, correspondence, and database entries
- Prepare professional review documents and provide updates on team member performance
- Identify patterns in team member work and recommend training or acknowledge excellence
Required Qualifications
- Experience with FACS, Artiva, Box, Microsoft Word, and Excel preferred
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience
- QA scores of 90% or above
- Significant experience with claims resolution and client SOP implementation
- Self-motivated and organized
